One of the keys to success and achieving the Codan group’s business strategy is maintaining a substantial team of research, engineering and technical staff. We employ approximately 500 people worldwide who have collective experience in design, manufacture and global marketing of high value added electronics products. A significant proportion of our multi-disciplinary teams are tertiary qualified in the fields of Engineering, Technology, Maths and Sciences, Business and Economics, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting.
